WOLF-3696
Overview

NVIDIA RTX 500 Blackwell XMC with 3 Video Outputs
The XMC-BW500E-VO module integrates an NVIDIA RTX™ 500 (GB203) Blackwell embedded GPU on a compact XMC mezzanine to add GPU acceleration for embedded visualization, video encode/decode, and AI inference.
Host data is delivered to the GPU over a PCIe x8 interface, processed on the Blackwell CUDA / Tensor / RT core architecture, and routed out through up to three simultaneous DisplayPort outputs (with DVI/HDMI supported by configuration). The module includes 6 GB of GDDR7 (96-bit) graphics memory with up to 288 GB/s bandwidth, and supports a configurable operating power range from 30W to 60W to match platform thermal constraints.
Block Diagram
The block diagram shows the RTX 500 (GB203) GPU connected to the XMC P15 connector via PCIe x8, with three GPU display links routed to XMC P16 as DP++/HDMI/DVI outputs, alongside the 6 GB GDDR7 frame buffer and board power/FRU functions.
